I just received my second order and as usual the service was excellent/fast. All my enquiries were handled with patience and much courtesy. I'll definitely shop with Shashinki again as long as the prices are same as or lower than competitors'. :-)

I have make an order from Shanshiki shop for my spare battery camera D90 and Flash Diffuser for Yong Nuo speedlite. Order made on 30th Dec 2011 and arrive my destination on 06th Jan 2012. All are arrive in good condition.
After open the order package, I've made a wrong order for my Flash Diffuser Yong Nuo. The actual want that I want is Yong Nuo 467 instate of Yong Nuo 560. Have tested the Diffuser found that it too big for my Yong Nuo 467. Here, if I can send back the wrong order and replace with the actual want. Have send email to Shanshiki for the reply. Hope Shanshiki can do so.
Next order will my 50mm len for my Nikon. Just wait it still in my wait list.

I bought an Aputure Battery Grip with Shashinki. The time i made my payment on 21/12/2011 its writing In Stock. Then the next day, I get the message Partial Delivery from Shashinki. Then I email to Shashinki and ask why because it writing In stock. Then Shashinki said they mistake on stock count. Until today 12/1/2012 they still haven get the stock from supplier, 21 days already Im waiting for my Batt Grip. Then I asked Shashinki estimated date of stock, then they said should be end of Jan. Thats mean 1 month++ waiting for my Battery Grip.

Recieved my Package this afternoon:

Not true. If you read every single feedback here, then you shall find 1 or 2 complaints from our customers among the hundreds.

We have many satisfied customers, that is why you see 99% of the feedback are compliments from our customers. You can also visit our facebook page and see many compliments from our customers on our services.
