Description: on 06.12.2009 the newly constructed covered Pavilion for the standing Kuan Yin in Penang was ready for the blessing and opening ceremony. VIPS, both local & foreign were only allocated standing position, whereas only VVIPs and robed holy Order are sitted in front.
